Chasity Horstmann

Executive Director at Prairie Hills at Tipton, Chasity has over two decades of healthcare experience. A graduate of Scott Community College, she transitioned from Medical Assistant to nurse, specializing in family practice and oncology. Her leadership focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care, fostering strong community connections. Outside work, Chasity enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and family time with her three children and grandchildren.

Team Member Training

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
